 Hey Guys, please, please, please understand that I do know real drama when I see it, ie: Pres. Obama dealing w/the tanking economy, wars, etc…But that’s on the national stage as a lead performer.

My issue was coming home and finding a burst pipe flooding my home, ruining carpet, insulation, furniture, clothing, electronics, etc..what a nightmare!!!!

Now, while my story may be relegated to a smaller stage it still took it’s toll on my generally well balanced disposition.
Just short of calling The National Guard, i did contact my insurance company, a flood clean up team, plumber, and carpenter.
Once I was assured that my damage was under control, I relaxed into my sofa with a generously filled snifter of Johnny Walker Blue (JWB), created from the rarest and most expensive whiskies in the world.

The powerful flavors associated with JWB is just what “The DR” ordered to sooth my overworked nerves. Cheers!!!

• 1 ½ oz Bourbon
• Muddled mint leaves, limes, and 1 teaspoon sugar
• Champagne

Add ice to a rocks glass, shake, top off with champagne, and garnish with mint leaves.
